Problem:Access Control System At RPI Electronics Club stopped working and was to archaic and unreliable to revive.

The new card reader system is based on an atmega48, AVR microcontroller and an existing 2 track 7 wire magnetic card reader, and a 80's era serial terminal as the user interface.
